Service Description
Octomate AI provides an autonomous sales execution platform. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our AI synthesis, the user remains responsible for the ultimate delivery and content of communications sent through our platform.
Subscription & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Octomate AI for any illegal purposes, including spamming, harassment, or the distribution of malicious software. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Octomate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort.
